  My only real 'complaint' centers around the lobby design - it's awkward. Even in the very short time I spent in the lobby I saw people awkwardly trying to wheel luggage around the big couches they have in there. Additionally, the rooms in the lobby are not well marked - it is easy to walk into the wrong area and end up confused. It shouldn't be necessary to ask staff for directions in a lobby - a hotel should be designed for people who have never been there, and are tired as that will form the majority of their business I'd imagine. I knocked a star off for these two little gripes as they seem like obvious oversights.

  Parking was plentiful and easy, the location is very easy to find off the highway, and the staff were all very friendly.

  Great stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub are a nice extra. I'm doing an extended stay for school. Very comfortable room for living in and studying.

  Stayed here for a week. Updated, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Included hot breakfast in the morning is excellent. More than enough parking.

  My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. Excellent place to stay. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The only thing we didn't care for was the view from our room - it overlooked a logging yard. Not exactly serene or pleasant. However, we barely could hear the noise from the operation, so that was a plus. Would we stay there again?

  This is a great hotel to stop at on the way to Victoria from further north on the island. It is quaint, yet clean and modern. We didn't stay long, but got to enjoy the very impressive breakfast before heading off. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and well laid out. Beds were comfy, and it was exactly what I was hoping for after 8 hours of driving in the scorching summer heat.

  It's obviously the go to hotel in the area for a lot of kids attending hockey tournaments. Not much you can do, but they let the kids run around the halls everywhere playing games. Doors don't block out any noise so it can be rather loud.

  We didn't need to use the wifi, pool, etc. during the stay so can't comment on those.

  This is my second time staying at this hotel and I found the room very clean, unlike the last time I stayed here. The bed in this room wasn’t a comfortable as the one in the I had in the previous visit, but better than some I’ve had at other hotels. Bottles of water in the room was a nice touch. I booked on line and when I checked in at the hotel it only took a couple of minutes to check in. Being able to get tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or juice for 24 hours a day, just off the lobby was very welcome. The breakfast was very well done with numerous hot and cold choices. I did miss not having bacon, as they rotate and it was sausage day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being offered either bonus points or a gift bag.
